For my music class we went to the Barbican were we saw the London Symphony Orchestra and the conductor Bernstein (who performed his own piece Symphonic Dances from West Side Story- the musical). The concert was incredible and I was amazed at the talent of the two women who did a piano duet in the Rhapsody in Blue. So much talent!

The orchestra played:
Bernstein- Symphonic Dances from West Side Story
Gershwin- Rhapsody in Blue
Rachmaninov- Symphonic Dances

The Symphonic Dances was my favorite piece they performed because the orchestra actually snapped and cheered as if it was a real musical!
